NEW CONSTRUCTION OR VACANT PROPERTIES
A new construction or vacant home staging can be from $2,500-$8,000 to stage per month -- or more -- depending on the size and style of the home and the number of rooms to be staged. Rental minimums are usually 2 or 3 months. This would include the consultation, the design style, furniture rental, accessories, labor and installation.

PROPERTY STAGING Home Re-Work
When you want the look of a completely staged home for minimal investment, our “Property Staging Re-Work” could be just what you're looking for. You’ll get the advice and guidance of our interior Design and Staging professionals without the cost of furniture rental. How does this work? Complete Staging will consult with you to prepare it for sale using your existing items. We will prepare a detailed guideline of things you can do to help show your home off so that it will sell quickly. Things like de-cluttering, re-arranging furniture, painting to highlight architectural details, minor repairs etc. Our goal is to get your home completely in shape so that it will sell quickly.

PROPERTY STAGING -- ACCESSORY DESIGN/RENTAL
Property Staging Accessory Design/Rental is just the thing when you have most of the home furnished already, but the space lacks some designer touches and accents, like accessories, artwork, area rugs, and a large piece of furniture here and there. If that is the case, Complete Interior Staging can further polish up your home by sourcing and finishing off the space with exactly what is needed to “complete” the home for staging. We will be happy to provide a quote for that service depending on the size of your home and the quantity of furniture and accessories required.
